We have officially been on our mission for a Year! We have extended our mission a little bit and our last day will be June 4, 2025. We report our mission on June 8 at noon in Kuna.

We had an amazing opportunity to take one of our newer members to the temple to receive her endowments. It took us 4 times before we finally made it to the temple. The temple from Limon is a two-hour drive. We live in Colorado Springs, which is 75 miles. We got a hotel in Limon the night before because we had to pick up the sister at 8 a.m. and the weather was a bit worrisome. It was our 40th wedding anniversary, so we stayed in the big town of Limon at a Hotel. The room was warmer than our showers ha ha. The weather, thanks to many prayers worked out for us. We had wonderful support from our branch members. Rosalina beamed with happiness. She is beautiful. I got to be her escort and the Stake Primary President who speaks Spanish came also to help interpret. It was such a blessed day.

Elder Hatfield took Meridian/Woodman Hill Elders, Calhan Elders and Limon Elders to a ranch in Karval, Colorado an hour South of Limon. The Elders were so glad to do some manly work.
General Conference a year ago, we actually got to attend General Conference in Salt Lake City, UT and then entered the MTC (Missionary Training Center) that evening. The next General Conference we had a Conference watch Gathering at the Limon Branch. We had 11 people attend. This General Conference we had another General Conference watch Gathering and we had 20 people attend! We brought the Calhan elders to join us. Bring Food and they will come!!!
Elder and Sister Snyder served their mission with honor. We are so blessed to get to know them and they will forever be cherished friends in our hearts.

Stay tuned for the next post, HOLY WEEK! Coming your way.
